Research Assistant Position

Description:
The Laboratory of Cognition and Emotion is searching for an undergraduate research assistant to help schedule and run behavioral experimental sessions. This is a great opportunity to gain practical research skills and lab experience. The research assistant will also have the chance to set up and help run fMRI experiments at the Maryland Neuroimaging Center after training and time spent in the lab.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Candidates should be available for 5-7 hours a week between the hours of 9AM and 5PM (we will be flexible around exams, study sessions, etc). Candidates need to be reliable, flexible, responsible, and organized. We are really focused on good communication between assistants and lab experimenters, so we ask that you are responsive to messages and emails during the week. No previous research experience is required but is appreciated.
