Research Assistant Positions

Are you interested in learning more about how we process language and music? Are you considering
applying to graduate school (especially in psychology, cognitive science, or linguistics)? If so, consider applying for a research assistant position in the Language and Music Cognition Laboratory http://lmcl.umd.edu/ to help out with research projects investigating the cognition of language, music, and second-language acquisition. We ask for a nine hour per week, two semester commitment, and offer 3 credits in PSYC 479 each semester. Applicants should have at least a 3.0 GPA. Previous research experience would be beneficial, but is not required.
Responsibilities:
-9 hour per week commitment
-Collecting and coding data
-Attending lab meetings
Qualifications:
-3.0+ GPA
-Detail oriented
-Highly motivated
