The Health Psychology and Neurobehavioral Research group at the National Cancer Institute is looking for a part-time paid research assistant to join our research project testing a mindfulness
intervention in children with brain tumors and their parents. The 1-year position starts in January or February 2018 and requires 10-12 hours per week, days and times are flexible but hours must be between 8 am and 6 pm. Duties include helping to schedule patients, prepare intervention materials, enter and check data, and perform other research-related tasks as needed. Reliability and good organizational skills are required. The position is best suited for advanced undergraduate or graduate students, and prior experience preferred.
