Are you a motivated neuroscience minor? Do you wish you had more interaction with faculty and
alumni? Do you really just need more academic involvement to beef up your resume? If you’ve answered yes to any of these questions, than you should look no further than MNS, or the Maryland Neuroscience Society. MNS is a society that welcomes all enthusiasts of neuroscience looking to take advantage of our society’s great resources to further their own understandings of this incredibly complex field of science, and also to advance their own academic careers through presentations, increased interactions with NACS and PSYC faculty, and by participating in community outreach projects designed to take our knowledge and apply it in a philanthropic setting. We offer monthly meetings, opportunities for relevant research positions, graduate student career shadowing, and many more resources for our members.
