Organizational Psychology Opportunity! Interested in becoming a challenge course program facilitator? The RecWell Adventure Program is offering a 3 credit Leadership Class Applied Contextual Leadership; Foundations and Applications of Challenge Course Theory and Instruction for the Spring 2017 semester. This class (HESI318R in Testudo), is designed around providing a future facilitator with the skills necessary to manage challenge course participants within our program. It focuses on the technical skills required in addition to the group dynamic, presentation, and interpersonal skills needed to effectively run a program.
