LGBTQIQA+ Student Support Groups Back in Session!
These Fall 2016 student groups and support groups serve lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, questioning, and asexual students and their concerns of interest. For more information about the LGBT Equity Center at UMD, visit:http://www.umd.edu/lgbt/

Monday
6pm • Bisexuals at Maryland (BAM): For students inhabiting the expanse between "gay" and

7pm • TransU: A safe space for students who identify as transgender or genderqueer, or who otherwise feel restricted by conventional definitions of "man" and "woman." (Hosted weekly in the Equity Center; 2218 Marie Mount Hall)

Tuesday
6pm • Male-Identified Queers (MIQ):
For LGBTQ+ male students. (Hosted weekly in the Equity Center; 2218 Marie Mount Hall)

6:30pm • LGBTQIQA+ Counseling Support Group: Led by Dr. Carlton Green, a psychologist at the Counseling Center, to decompress, share what’s on your mind, and find support. (Hosted weekly in the Counseling Center; a meeting with the group leader is required to participate; call (301)314-7659 or email cegreen@umd.edu to inquire).

Wednesday
5pm • Ace Space:
Centered on asexual and aromantic spectrum identities. (Hosted weekly in the Equity Center; 2218 Marie Mount Hall)

6pm • True Colors of Maryland (TCOM): Queer person-of-color group. (Hosted weekly in the Equity Center; 2218 Marie Mount Hall)

7pm • oSTEM: For LGBTQ+ students in STEM degree programs. (Hosted weekly in the Equity Center; 2218 Marie Mount Hall)
