In order to be a hotline counselor, all volunteers must undergo training. In order to pass training, all classroom sessions must be attended. These training's are usually spread out over the course of 3-4 weeks. The next round of training starts January 17th and ends February 28th. Hotline volunteers are expected to work one shift per week, (shifts are 4 hours). We ask that you are able to commit to a minimum of 50 shifts.
