Description:
The Cross-Cultural Lab is searching for highly motivated research assistants interested in acquiring hands-on research experience in cross-cultural psychology. The Lab is currently conducting studies investigating the role of social class on behavior and cognition amongst adults and children. Research assistants will be trained in high-level research skills and gain experience recruiting and coordinating participants, running experimental studies, and assisting with data entry and analysis. Overall, these positions offer a great learning opportunity for undergraduates who have a strong academic background and a passion for psychology. Research assistants will also have the opportunity for one-on-one meetings where they may develop personal research skills, and get feedback on personal goals and postgraduate applications.

Responsibilities:
-Minimum 6 hours per week
-Minimum one semester recruitment
-Assist with running experimental studies
-Assist with coding, data entry, and data analysis

Qualifications:
-Highly motivated
-Detail oriented
-Good interpersonal skills
-Minimum 3.2 GPA
