University of Maryland Community Gatherings Next Week in Response to Recent Tragedies
In light of the recent horrific tragedies this week and over the last few weeks, there are a few resources the Office of Diversity and Inclusion would like to make sure the University of Maryland community is aware of. In addition to no appointment needed walk-in hours at the Counseling Center for students who need support, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion is offering two community

A SPACE TO BE
Wed. 7/13 at 4pm-5:30pm, Office of Diversity & Inclusion, 2411 Marie Mount Hall
For Students, Staff, & Faculty

This gathering is grounded in offering you a chance to be in community with others while thinking about what you are doing for yourself and what you are doing with others during this difficult time. The gathering will begin at 4pm by doing some grounding meditation work and have opportunities to connect and support each other based on identity.
