Description:
The Culture Lab (director Michele Gelfand) is seeking motivated applicants for research assistantships this upcoming semester. Two positions are available: one is focused on data entry (6 hours/week) and the other (8 hours/week) includes additional research responsibilities. If hired,  
research assistants will have the opportunity to work on a number of innovative research projects investigating norm violations, conflict culture, and consumer behavior. All RAs will be trained in high-level research skills, including experimental design, data management, and analysis. Overall, these positions offer a great learning opportunity for undergraduates who have a strong academic background and a passion for psychology. RAs will also have the opportunity for one-on-one meetings where they may develop personal research skills, and get feedback on personal goals and postgraduate applications.

Responsibilities:
-Minimum 6-8 hours per week
-Minimum one semester commitment

Qualifications:
-Minimum 3.2 GPA
-Personal interest in psychology
-Good organizational skills
