HR Representative- Bethesda Office
Abt Associates seeks a qualified HR Representative to support the Human Resources department. The HR Representative, as a member of the HR Service Center, delivers first line customer service support to the organization on various HR subject matter. The individual responds to employee inquiries and leadership requests, identifies issues and triages to the appropriate Center of Excellence (COE) or other area, and supports/participates in various cross functional projects within the team. This role also prepares onboarding for all new hires into the organization. Apply HERE
Talent Management Coordinator, Learning and Development
Abt Associates seeks a qualified Talent Management Coordinator, Learning and Development. This person will support talent management activities within Abt’s Human Resources Department. Approximately 70% of the responsibilities are focused on support for the company’s robust and growing learning and development offerings.
