Description:
The Diversity & Selection Lab focuses on diversity issues during the applicant selection process in organizations. The lab is more specifically interested in how to reduce the test score gap, observed in many cognitive tests, between African Americans and Caucasians. The lab is looking for undergraduate research assistants to mainly assist with data entry and data clean up. If interested, the undergraduate assistant may also be involved in the data analysis process and literature reviews. This position requires a 3-10 hour/week time commitment (depending on the number of credits taken for PSYC 479 in the Spring 2016 semester) but the hours are flexible and work may be done from home.
