Meet and greet with Macy's Inc.! Our representatives will share their daily responsibilities and individual career paths with candidates. Learn more about Macy's college recruiting programs and what we have to offer as an employer of choice! Bring all of your questions, your resume and a friend! Open to All Majors!

The Literacy Lab: Employer Networking Sessions

Location: University Career Center & The President's Promise (3100 Hornbake Library, South Wing)

Do you want a job after graduation that empowers others and is rewarding? Do you want to earn money to apply to student loans or future tuition costs? Join a representative from The Literacy Lab to learn about serving a year with The Metro DC Reading Corps. The Reading Corps places over 50 full time tutors in high need elementary and preschools throughout Washington, DC and northern Virginia. Tutors are AmeriCorps members rigorously trained and coached by school staff members and literacy experts to deliver individualized literacy intervention to at-risk students to help them close their achievement gap. Come with questions, resumes, or just to learn more about the program!

US Department of Defense: Employer Networking Sessions
Wednesday, February 11, 2015 • 4:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m.
Location: University Career Center & The President's Promise (3100 Hornbake Library, South Wing)

Come learn from the Department of Defense what a typical day in the federal government is like, how to obtain an internship, and ways to get into the federal government, specifically with the office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy.
