Program Manager Position

Description:
Founded in 1971, the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy (ICP – www.icpnyc.org) is one of the oldest and largest not-for-profit mental health training and treatment facilities in New York City. ICP is dedicated to providing high quality therapy at low to moderate cost, offering post-graduate training for therapists, and educating the public about mental health issues. ICP has always been on the cutting-edge of developing treatment services for the members of their community, and continue to thrive due in large part to the consistent loyalty and support of the administrators, therapists, teachers, supervisors, and board.

Responsibilities:
-Respond to CSAB and FACTS telephone and email inquiries
-Participate and take minutes in division meetings and prepare materials pre/post meetings
-Organize and coordinate workshops and trainings
-Maintain Intake Patient Tracking Database, coordinate intake meetings, and provide updates for the Quarterly Transparency Report in Excel
-Assist with program marketing, fundraising, and outreach initiatives
-Design and maintain e-marketing campaigns on Constant Contact and Mail Chimp
-Maintain CSAB and FACTS website updates on Wordpress
-Provide administrative support for CSAB and FACTS 2-Year training programs such as managing the application process and preparing course materials
-Provide support, education, and orientation for interns, therapists, faculty, and supervisors
-Perform all necessary project management duties associated with CSAB's Webinars and Online Courses

Qualifications:
-The successful candidate will be a proven self-starter with a great deal of initiative who will work in close consultation and constant communication with senior leadership.
-Candidates should have previous related work experience, preferably in the field of mental health, excellent academic credentials, and top-notch references from prior employers.
-Bachelor's degree by start date of June 9th required.
-Candidates with experience in project management, outreach, and/or administration are highly encouraged to apply.
-Applicants must also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
