Undergraduate Research Assistant Positions
Description:
The Leadership is looking for Research Assistants for the Spring 2014 semester. The lab investigates perceptions of ethical leadership with an emphasis on culture and diversity. Studies research assistants will be trained on include ethical leadership in Singapore and perceptions of minority/female leaders.
Responsibilities:
-Run participants
-Conduct literature searches
-Database management
-Data Entry
-Creation and maintenance of study material
-Transcription and coding
Qualifications:
-Minimum six hours per week (either volunteer or credit)
-Minimum Psychology GPA of 3.0 and completion of 9 psychology credits if pursuing for credit
-Motivated, conscientious students
-Desire to understand the leadership process as well as learn more about Industrial/Organizational Psychology (leadership, culture, diversity etc.)
