CAPER Lab Research Assistant positions!

Research Assistant Positions
CAPER (Center for Addictions, Personality, and Emotion Research) 
Spring 2014 

Description:
The UMD Quit Smoking Study is currently looking for undergraduate volunteers! This study is designed to help regular adult smokers quit smoking, and may be helpful in managing moods. The study consists of 8 weeks of weekly group sessions, and then follow up appointments that take place over the course of a year.

Responsibilities:
-Assist with recruitment efforts
-Data Entry
-Research Support Tasks as needed
-Minimum six hours per week time commitment if doing two credits
-Minimum nine hours per week time commitment if doing three credits

Qualifications:
-Minimum class standing of sophomore
-Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
-Familiarity with SPSS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
-Data entry experience preferred
