Undergraduate Research Assistant Positions
Social and Cultural Psychology Lab 

Description:
The Social and Cultural Psychology Lab is seeking undergraduate research assistants to help with several different studies. Most of the research undertaken by the lab focus on the intersection between group processes and motivation. These studies investigate issues like in group favoritism, identity, conflict in groups, and cultural differences in motivation. Research assistants will mainly assist with literature searches/reviews, data collection, data entry, and coding of open-ended written responses. Motivated students will also be given the opportunity to participate in an undergraduate student-led replication study including data collection, analyses, and writing a report.

Responsibilities:
-Data collection and scheduling participants
-Data entry
-Coding of written responses
-Literature searches and reviews

Qualifications:
-Enthusiasm and professionalism
-Responsible
-Strong interest in research
-Commitment of at least six hours per week
