Paid Concussion Undergraduate Internship Opportunity- Neurocognitive Testing

Adventist Rehabilitation Hospital of Maryland is recruiting students and recent graduates for a paid internship opportunity which will last for approximately one month, with the option of returning for an additional month next summer. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a rehabilitation medicine team to gain hands-on experience in the area of Concussion Assessment.
The hospital has been granted the opportunity to manage baseline neurocognitive assessment for 13 of 25 Montgomery County High Schools as part of the county's efforts to better manage concussion injuries in their athletes. Individuals are sought to assist in conducting this baseline neurocognitive testing.
Responsibilities:
-Visit high schools and set up, instruct, administer, monitor, and manage all aspects of computerized testing for 14-18 year old high school athletes under the supervision of a Clinical Neuropsychologist.
Qualifications/Requirements:
-High degree of computer competency and familiarity
-English proficiency
-Good attention to detail
-Ability to manage semi-independent tasks
-Good communication skills
-Professional appearance and demeanor
