Description:
The Research Coordinator at the Center for Eating Disorders is seeking an assistant to help with the program's research projects, including treatment efficacy studies, program development evaluations, and outcome measurement studies. Under close supervision, but frequently requiring the use of independent judgment, the Research Assistant will participate in supporting the analysis, design, execution, and evaluation of Center initiated research projects. The Center is committed to providing student employees with educational and professional team experience within a congenial team atmosphere. Flexible 5-10 hour work week. Position is volunteer, however an effort will be made to permit the student to obtain academic credit for the experience.
Responsibilities:
-Assist in the maintenance, data collection, and result presentation of online surveys as well as literature reviews
Qualifications:
-Graduate student pursuing an advanced degree in psychology
-Minimum one year commitment
-Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
-High personal motivation, self-management, and ability to handle responsibility
-Detail-Oriented and Organized
-Ability to handle and protect confidential and sensitive data with integrity
