Description:
The University of Maryland's College of Education Navy LEAD Program is seeking undergraduate students to serve as volunteer clients for counselor trainees. The counselor trainees are master's level students in the Navy LEAD Cohort. The session dates and times are listed below:
Thursday June 6 9:00 am-12:00 pm
Thursday, June 20 9:00 am-12:00 pm
Additional dates Summer Session II: Tuesdays & Thursdays 1:00 pm-4:00 pm
Compensation:
Students will earn $25 for each completed session. This is a great opportunity to earn extra cash while receiving counseling and guidance from helpers in training.
Responsibilities:
-Discuss aspects of life with counseling trainee
-Participate in 2-6 one hour sessions during Summer 2013
Qualifications:
-Enrolled undergraduate University of Maryland student

Email Katherine Ross at klross@umd.edu and indicate that you are interested in being a client volunteer. Client Volunteers must be available between 9 am-12 pm on 6/6 and 6/20.
