Operations Assistant position

Description:
A small and rapidly growing executive search firm that provides fortune 500 companies in the D.C. area with quality candidates for their C level management positions (CEO, CFO, Director etc.) They offer great potential for growth for the right individual.

Responsibilities:
-Perform administrative duties
-Participate in recruitment functions- reviewing resumes, phone screenings
-Conduct market research
-Review benefit packages
-Coordinate travel arrangements

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree
-One year of administrative experience
-Professionalism
-Excellent communication skills

This position is ideal for individuals who possess an interest in Human Resources/Recruiting and have completed a Human Resources internship.
