Gallaudet University is an historic university that was created under President Abraham Lincoln's administration for the education of the deaf. At the graduate school level, hearing students and deaf/hard-of-hearing (DHoH) students study together. In our three-year Specialist Program in School Psychology (the third year is a full-time internship), students are trained first and foremost to become nationally recognized school psychologists.
