Community Support Services, Inc. is a non-profit in Gaithersburg, MD that provides residential supported employment, recreational and educational services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. We are looking for a Residential Coordinator to provide comprehensive and individualized services to individuals in the residential programs.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing residential staff with training and assistance to develop individual plans for individuals supported in assigned residences, including outcomes based on individuals’ needs and wishes, creating daily schedules to incorporate the IP goals, and collecting and compiling relevant data.
• Coordinate services with behavioral, instructional, medical, nursing and other consultants and providers.
• Oversee and supervise house and individual finances. Approve direct support staff timesheets for payroll.
• Investigate and report incidence in compliance with all incident reporting procedures.
• Arrange for staffing based on the needs of the individuals served.
• Provide emergency on-call services on an as needed basis. Provide direct care coverage to individuals in emergency situations or when appropriate staffing is unavailable.
