Flexible Rotations
The HR Trax program is a flexible development program which enables participants to have a variety of rich work experiences across human resource. As a member of the HR Trax Program, you will rotate through two assignments; one in a business line (Generalist or Staffing/Recruiting); and the other in an HR functional specialty role (Compensation, Benefits, Leadership and Management Development, Diversity, or Organizational Development).

Qualifications include:
• Strong business acumen and professional confidence
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization, coupled with the ability to both negotiate and persuade others
• Skills in partnering with business leaders to realize employee value
• Passion for technology
• Ability to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, and work in a team environment
• Ability to recognize trends and identify systematic approaches to solving problems in a fast moving, dynamic environment
• Work experience in the field of HR is strongly preferred
• BS/BA degree required, MBA or MA in HR-related field strongly preferred
• Leverage HR best practices to meet the ever-changing needs of the industry
