Responsibilities: Research assistant’s responsibilities might include (based on interests and expertise):
- Running of lab experiments
- Analysis of interview themes / qualitative data coding
- Quantitative data entry and data management
- Support with survey design and development
- Weekly team meetings
- Support for the development of training, experimental intervention and organizational development materials
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- High ethical standards and vested interest in understanding the research process.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general comfort with a variety of technology.
- Ability to do detailed work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work a minimum of 6 hours per week
- Strong quantitative skills a bonus.
