The Office of Prince George’s County Councilman Mel Franklin is searching for a Coordinator for the Prince George’s County Youth Commission. This is a part-time position in a County Council office and is ideal for a matriculating college student, recent college graduate or graduate student who is interested in local government and youth organizing.
Applicants with a focus in Political Science, Communications, Social Sciences, Law, Public Policy or related studies are preferred. Applicants should be residents of Prince George’s County and have involvement and experience with student organizations at preferably both the high school and college levels, and an interest in government and the political process.
