Early Childhood Interaction Lab - Seeking Undergraduate Research Assistants

The Early Childhood Interaction Lab in the Department of Human Development and Quantitative Methodology is seeking responsible undergraduate students who are interested in gaining valuable research experience this Fall and Spring semester.

We have several research projects currently in progress that focus on how play promotes the development of early math and problem-solving skills in young children.

Research assistants may be involved with conducting interviews with children in local preschools, data entry, recruiting participants for projects, coding videotapes of children playing, and preparing materials for visits. Students can receive research credit for assisting on research projects. Preference will be given to students who can make a commitment to working in the lab for at least two semesters (Fall and Spring)
