Linkages to Learning & School and Community Youth Services
EveryMind is seeking interns to join our Linkages to Learning and School and Community Youth Services teams. These programs are school-based partnerships focused on holistic student support, family engagement, and community development. As an intern, you will:Provide case management services to caregivers.
Responsibilities:
Plan and facilitate support groups for students and/or caregivers in school settings.
Collaborate with school staff and administration to support student and family needs.
Work with community stakeholders on outreach initiatives and donation drives.
Conduct needs assessments and collect program data.
Support clients in achieving self-sufficiency by connecting them with essential resources, including food assistance and other community-based supports.
Family Empowerment Institute (FEI) – Spanish Bilingual Required
The Family Empowerment Institute (FEI) is a community-school partnership focused on equipping families with the skills and tools needed to achieve self-sufficiency. This internship offers hands-on experience in program coordination, case management, and outreach, particularly within diverse, multicultural communities. As an intern, you will:Maintain records of FEI program services.
Support administrative tasks and program coordination.
Create flyers and outreach materials for community engagement.
Assist in planning and implementing workshops and training sessions for families.
Conduct training evaluations and collect participant feedback.
Provide case management services to caregivers.
Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required for this role.
